Think of this. If you are a Non-US Citizen and receive an email with an Ads/offer that has a restriction that read "This offer is applicable only to the residents of 50 states of United States". I consider such things as SPAM!
I am a Citizen of India and sending me the emails with offers for which I'm not eligible is SPAM. In addition, I even make it clear that I would not be responsible for any damages or losses or any untoward happening to the companies providing such offers. The persons involved in sending such emails (SPAMMERS) are fully responsible and are liable to pay the damages or any other penalties for any incidents that result in loss of any nature either to the Company or me or of both. I also declare that I am not responsible for the misuse of the information provided here.
There are 2 lists, the new and old one. Old List is presented after the New List in this page. The old list contains only the domain names as I had collected it when I had no good knowledge of Email Headers. The new list will have some additional information like date, company, IP address, Email address, Host information etc. I will exclude the email address of Spammers from Email Service Providers like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail etc. as they get blocked by the SPAM Reporting tool.
